House Rules

• No loud noise after 10:00 PM.
• No smoking inside the bedrooms or the house (Violation results in a ฿2,000 fine).
• No illegal items, drugs, or weapons are allowed in the property.
• No additional guests beyond the specified number are allowed. If unauthorized guests stay, the security deposit will not be refunded.
• No items that may dirty the pool or beer bottles allowed near the pool (Violation results in a ฿3,000 fine).
• No pets allowed (Violation results in a ฿2,000 fine).
• Swimwear or non-fading clothing is required when using the pool.
• If extra guests exceed the confirmed number, a ฿600 penalty per person will apply. No additional guests beyond the reserved number will be allowed.

• If any items within the villa are lost, damaged, or broken, guests will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement, as per the inspection checklist.
