ขอความร่วมมือต้องใส่ชุดว่ายน้ำหรือชุดที่สีไม่ตกสำหรับลงสระว่ายน้ำเท่านั้น
ถ้ามีของสูญเสียหรือเสียหายชำรุด ภายในบริเวณบ้านพัก ผู้ใช้บริการต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายตามใบรายการที่ตรวจรับของ
ในกรณีผู้เข้าพักไม่ล้างอุปกรณ์ต่างๆภายในครัว ทางบ้านพักปรับ 1,000บาท ในวันที่เช็คเอ้าท์
เมื่อชำระเงินแล้ว ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพักหรือรายละเอียดการจองได้ ถ้าเลื่อนหรือย้ายมีการคิดค่าบริการ 500 -1,000 บาท
ในกรณี ไฟฟ้าดับ ประปาไม่ไหล ซึ่งเกิดจากภัยธรรมชาติ หรือ เกิดจากระบบงานภายนอกหน่วยงานราชการ ทางที่พักไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้

House Rules

No loud noise after 12:00 AM
No smoking inside the house (Violation results in a ฿2,000 fine)
Swimwear or non-fading clothing is required when using the pool

If any items within the villa are lost, damaged, or broken, guests will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement, as per the inspection checklist.

If kitchenware is not cleaned before check-out, a cleaning fee of ฿1,000 will be charged
No changes to check-in dates or booking details after payment
Rescheduling or modifying bookings incur a fee of ฿500-1,000
In case of power outages or water supply disruptions due to natural disasters or external government service issues, the property is not responsible and cannot provide immediate solutions
