House Rules

• Outdoor noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM.
• Payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
• Changes to check-in dates or booking details are not allowed. Please notify at least 30 days before the check-in date to postpone or reschedule.
• In case of a power outage, water interruption, or internet unavailability caused by natural disasters or external service providers, the property is not responsible for any issues. These problems are beyond our control.

Pet Policy

• Cleanliness is a must. Pets must not urinate on curtains or furniture; fines will be applied for any damage.
• Bring your own pet’s bedding and personal items.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the beds, sofas, or pool table.
• Pet waste must be cleaned immediately (no waste allowed inside the villa).
• If pets enter the pool, a fine of ฿10,000 will be charged for draining and refilling the pool. 
• Only small pets (under 10 kg) are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay.
