Terms & Conditions:

• A 60% deposit of the booking amount is required to secure the reservation.
• A damage deposit of ฿10,000 and the remaining 40% balance must be paid 10 days before check-in.
  • The damage deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to inspection.
  • If any damage is found, the villa will notify the guest about the deductions from the deposit.
• Pets are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your stay without prior notice.
• Housekeeping services are available three times daily: 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.
• For additional guests beyond the booked capacity:
  • Adults: ฿1,000 per person per night
  • Children: ฿500 per person per night

• Children aged 12 and above or adults requiring an extra bed will be charged ฿1,000  per night.
• Prohibited activities: Gambling, prostitution, and illegal drug use. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
• Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest based on the value of the items.
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM.
• Rescheduling: If you cannot stay on the reserved dates, you can request a rescheduling 14–21 days in advance. Less than this will result in forfeiture of the booking, and no refunds will be issued.
• Late check-out policy:
  • Up to 3:00 PM: Additional charge of ฿2,000 per hour.
  • After 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of the villa’s price.
  • Requesting a late check-out time is subject to the day’s booking schedule.
