🌲 ข้อตกลงการพัก 🌲

ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าบ้านพัก
งดส่งเสียงดังโดยเฉพาะหลังสี่ทุ่ม
ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในตัวบ้าน
ห้ามเข้าพักเกินจำนวนที่ระบุ

หมายเหตุ

– ในกรณีจองบ้านพักจะต้องชำระค่าที่พักในจำนวน 60% ของยอดการจอง

– มีค่ามัดจำประกันความเสียหายของบ้านในจำนวน 10,000 บาท ในระยะเวลา 10 วันก่อนเข้าพัก

***สำหรับค่าประกันความเสียหายที่พักจะคืนให้กับลูกค้า หลังจาก Check out ภายใน 24 ชั่วโม

– ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้ามายังที่พักโดยเด็ดขาด หากฝ่าฝืนทางเราขอยุติการให้บริการที่พักทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่างหน้า

– การบริการแม่บ้านมีให้บริการ 3 เวลา ต่อวันเท่านั้น คือ 06.00 , 12.00 , 18.00 น

– หากมีจำนวนผู้เข้าพักเกินมาจากจำนวนที่จองไว้ จะมีค่าบริการเพิ่มผู้เข้าพักสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 1,000 บาท เด็ก 500 บาท / ท่าน / คืน

– เด็ก ที่อายุมากกว่า 12 ปี ขึ้นไป หรือ ผู้ใหญ่ มีค่าบริการเตียงเสริม คืนละ 1000 บาท ( ราคาดังกล่าวอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า)

– ห้ามเล่นการพนัน , ค้าประเวณี , หรือ มั่วสุมยาเสพติด โดยเด็ดขาด หากฝ่าฝืน ทางเรายุติการให้บริการเข้าพักทันที โดยไม่คืนเงิน

– หากสิ่งของในบ้านพักมีการแตกหักเสียหาย ผู้เข้าพักยินยอมที่จะชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย ทุกกรณีตามราคาทรัพย์สินที่เสียหาย

– ห้ามเสียงดังหลังจากเวลา 22.00 น

– หากจองบ้านพักแล้วไม่สามารถเดินทางได้ สามารถแจ้งเลื่อนวันเดินทางได้ ล่วงหน้า14-21วัน หากต่ำกว่าจำนวนวันที่ระบุไว้ ถือว่าสละสิทธิในการเข้าพักและไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้

– สำหรับ Late check out ซึ่งไม่เกิน 15.00 น นั้น คิดเพิ่ม ชั่วโมงละ 2,000 บาท แต่ หากล่าช้าไปจนถึง 18.00 น ทางบ้านพักจำเป็นจะต้อง คิดค่า บริการ 50% ของราคาบ้านพัก ซึ่งการขอ Late check out ขึ้นอยู่กับตารางการจองของแต่ละวัน

House Rules

No pets allowed
No loud noise after 10:00 PM
No smoking inside the house
No additional guests beyond the specified number are allowed

Terms & Conditions:

A 60% deposit of the booking amount is required to secure the reservation.
A damage deposit of ฿10,000 must be paid 10 days before check-in. It will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out.
Pets are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your stay without prior notice.
Housekeeping services are available three times daily: 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.
For additional guests beyond the booked capacity:
- Adults: ฿1,000 per person per night
- Children: ฿500 per person per night

Children aged 12 and above or adults requiring an extra bed will be charged ฿1,000 per night. (Prices may change without prior notice.)
Prohibited activities: Gambling, prostitution, and illegal drug use. Any violation will result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest based on the value of the items.
No loud noise after 10:00 PM.
Rescheduling: If you cannot stay on the reserved dates, you can request a rescheduling 14–21 days in advance. Less than this will result in forfeiture of the booking, and no refunds will be issued.
Late check-out policy:
- Up to 3:00 PM: Additional charge of ฿2,000 per hour.
- After 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: 50% of the villa’s price.
- Requesting a late check-out time is subject to the day’s booking schedule.
