Child Policy:

• Up to 3 children under 7 years old stay free.
• Additional children: ฿100-150 per child.
• Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.

House Rules

• Guests must not exceed the confirmed number. Unauthorized guests will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
• No pets allowed (Violation results in a ฿2,000 fine).
• No loud noise after 10:00 PM (allowed inside the house, but please keep doors and windows closed).
• No external sound systems or music from vehicles are allowed.
• No smoking inside the house or bedrooms. If smoke is detected at check-out, a ฿1,000 fine per room will apply.
• All kitchenware and utensils must be cleaned before check-out. Optional cleaning service: ฿1,000.
• Guests must bring their own personal items, such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, etc.
• Pool floats and toys are free to use. However, if they are damaged or punctured, guests will be charged the actual replacement cost. Guests are welcome to bring their own pool toys.

Security deposit: ฿4,000 (fully refundable upon check-out)
