Pets Policy: 

• Small Breeds: ฿500 per pet per night
• Large Breeds: ฿800 per pet per night

House Rules

• Check-in: 2:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional charge of ฿1,000 per hour.
• If you need to change the date of your stay, please notify us at least 15 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your reservation. The property is not responsible for any issues resulting from late notice.
• The property is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings. Please take care of your items.
• No loud noises outside the house after 10:00 PM. Bringing personal sound systems is not allowed.
• Do not move furniture or sound systems outside the house.
• Do not move the pool table.
• Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
• Bringing illegal items into the house is strictly forbidden. The property is not responsible for any issues related to such actions.

In case of a power outage, water interruption, or internet unavailability caused by natural disasters or external service providers, the property is not responsible for any issues. These problems are beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as best as possible.

• There is a beach in front of the villa. The tide follows seasonal patterns, and during low tide, the beach will be accessible.
• The property is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or dangers that result from guests’ actions. Guests are responsible for their safety.

In case of any damages, actual costs will be charged.
