House Rules

• Check-in: 2:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out will incur an additional charge.
• Pets are not allowed inside the house.
• Strong-smelling food, such as durian, is not allowed inside the house.
• Cooking is not allowed inside the house, except in the kitchen provided. Guests must clean up after use thoroughly.
• A grill is provided, but guests must clean the grill and utensils after use. If cleaning services are needed, a fee of ฿1,000 will apply. Full service including grilling, serving, and cleaning is available for ฿1,500.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the bedrooms. Any violation will result in a fine of ฿10,000.
• Noise is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. Any complaints will result in a fine of
  ฿20,000
• The property is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings. Please take care of your items.
